Individual Psychotherapy:
I offer therapy sessions for individuals with an integrated focus and by tailoring each treatment goal to the individual client. I am integrative in my approach, blending the best of both Eastern and Western psychological modalities to help you, and or your child reach their highest potential. I am goal-oriented and solution focused in my approach and practice using tenets of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness Based Psychotherapy.
I have designed my practice to be intentionally small so I can offer an exceptional level of clinical services should you decide to work with me. Given this level of service, I generally have limited openings. Initially, I recommend weekly sessions for clients with the goal of less frequent sessions as clients make progress towards reaching their wellness goals.
