COVID Re-Entry:

Given how much anxiety, uncertainty, and trauma we all have faced during the Covid Pandemic, it is critical for us all to develop practices of self-regulation, affect tolerance, and self-compassion. These tools help anchor us, and allow us to access our own inner resources as we navigate through such a demanding time. These skills are helpful for everyone, but especially front line workers, teachers physically returning to school, and any students struggling with feeling adrift and alone.
