Professional Fees:
All fees for services are due and payable at the time of our visit. Please note, I am an out of network service provider and I do not bill your insurance. However, I will be able to provide you with the necessary paperwork, or a ‘superbill’, by which you can submit to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement. This superbill is not a guarantee for treatment reimbursement by your insurance carrier, but most insurance plans and carriers do offer coverage for out of network behavioral health services. Clients who elect to submit for reimbursement may also choose to use the app, “Reimbursify” that can assist with claim submission to individual insurance companies for non-participating provider services. Clients simply submit their claim with the superbill through the app and Reimbursify then takes care of the rest. My fee for initial intake visits is $300. Initial intakes typically take a full hour to an hour and half. Individual therapy thereafter is $200 a session and appointments last for fifty minutes. Payment is due at the time of service and processed through my electronic portal following a session. Clients may use a credit card, debit card, and/or health savings account (HSA) card. Clients are always encouraged to contact their HSA administrator to confirm out of network coverage should they choose to use those benefits.
